The Tyson Deli plant is a food processing and distribution site located in Oelwein's northwest industrial park, zoned heavy industrial. The one-story concrete block building was recently used for meat processing and warehousing and is adaptable to other uses. It is served by D&W Railroad which has a spur to the building. Offices are on a mezzanine with heating and air conditioning. There is also a separated cold-storage area.
