$31.7 Million...
Oelwein has invested
$30,000,000+ while collectively promoting the community and its resources as we strive to attract visitors, jobs and industry. Industrial buildings are available for the right business to move into. The opening of the Regional Academy for Math and Science (RAMS) has brought new opportunities for college classes in Oelwein. Continue to watch for improvements in downtown, in our housing, and new businesses opening in town.
